  1. Definition The return protection service is provided by the LooperBuy platform for buyers to reduce the operation cost when the buyer/end consumer initiates an unconditional return based on the rules of the e-commerce marketplaces, online stores, and/or legal requirements. Once the buyer pays for the protection service when placing an order on the LooperBuy platform, if the conditions are by this agreement, the LooperBuy platform will help connect the supplier to compensate the buyer.
  1. Applicable Conditions It applies to conditions where buyer/end consumers claim rejection or return due to non-product quality reasons. Non-product quality reasons include:

(1) The buyer/end consumer’s subjective dislike of the received goods;

(2) The buyer/end consumer is dissatisfied with the size, material, and color of the received goods.

  1. Return Protection Service Fee

There are two types of the return protection service: Basic version and Standard version. Each order can only purchase one type of return protection service, so Buyer needs to choose according to the actual situation of the order. And it needs to be paid on the order settlement.

Note: When a buyer’s risk rate is significantly higher than the normal level, LooperBuy reserves the right to make targeted adjustments to the service fee rate and will notify the distributor in advance of any such adjustments. If the buyer continues to use the service, it means that it accepts the adjusted fee standard.

4.Compensation Rules

(1)Compensation amount:

a.60% of the order amount (excluding payment transaction fee and service fee) after the goods are returned to the warehouse and received.

b.Buyers can provide discounts or partial refunds to allow end consumers to retain the products. When the amount returned by the distributor to the end consumer is less than the amount sold by the buyer, the service will pay according to the following rules.

1)When [Buyer’s selling amount ]– [LooperBuy’s purchase amount] > = 0

If the [refund amount to end customer]>[ (Buyer selling amount – LooperBuy’s purchase amount)], the claim amount will be 60% of [refund amount- (Buyer selling amount – LooperBuy’s purchase amount)], with the maximum claim amount being 60% of the LooperBuy’s purchase amount.

2)If the [refund amount to end customer[ ≤ [(Buyer selling amount – LooperBuy’s purchase amount)], no compensation will be made.

3)When [Buyer’s selling amount ]– [LooperBuy’s purchase amount]< 0, the maximum claim amount is 60% of the [refund amount to end customer].

(2)Limitation of claims: Following the third rule above. If there is an unconditional return, buyers must initiate a claim application on the LooperBuy platform within the time limit, otherwise, the order is no longer eligible for compensation.

(3)Information to be submitted for a claim application:

a. Screenshots of the communication records between the buyers and the end consumer; or buyers with LooperBuy;

b. Any proof of the returned packageby the end consumer;

c. Screenshot of a buyer’s order refund on an e-commerce marketplace/online stores.

5.Restrictions on Return Protection Service

Reasons for declining a claim application includes, but are not limited to:

(1)Buyer’s intentional and malicious deception for compensation or fraud; ·

(2)Returns due to the wrong order placed by the buyer or incorrect receipt information.

  1. Process for Claim Application

(1) The end consumer returns the goods to the return address authorized by the LooperBuy platform:

a. The returned package should contain all the original packaging, accessories, explanatory materials, etc.;

b. The goods in the package should match the original order and be intact.

(2) The buyer initiates a claim to the LooperBuy platform:

a. The buyer should initiate a claim to the LooperBuy platform within the time limit;

b. Provide all the materials as required in 4(3). Information to be submitted for a claim application, and the proofs of there turned goods should be provided within 5 days from the date of the package being sent back or within 1 business days from the date of the returned goods being delivered.

c. Buyers should ensure that the materials provided are consistent with the order information on the LooperBuy platform and that they are authentic, complete, and effective.

(3) LooperBuy platform review:

a. If there are objections to the materials, the buyer is required to resubmit or supplement the certification materials;

b. If it is found that the materials submitted by the buyer do not match the order information or are false, the claim application will be rejected;

c. If the goods in the return package do not match the original order or are damaged, the claim will be rejected.

(4) Compensation will be made in a timely manner after the approval of the LooperBuy platform and the delivery of the returned package to the authorized return address.

1.Definition and Applicable Conditions

Logistics protection service is a value-added service provided by LooperBuy platform for buyers to reduce the operation cost when logistics track shows that the items have been delivered but the end consumer claims not to have received the items.

Once the buyer pays for the protection service when placing an order on the LooperBuy platform, if the conditions are by his agreement, the LooperBuy platform will help connect the supplier to compensate the distributor.

The logistics protection service applies to the logistics track showing “delivered” while the end customer claims not to have received the items.

2.Logistics Protection Service Fee

The logistics protection service fee is 2.5% of the purchase order amount. It needs to be paid on the order settlement.

Note: When a buyer’s risk rate is significantly higher than the normal level, LooperBuy reserves the right to make targeted adjustments to the service fee rate and will notify the distributor in advance of any such adjustments. If the buyer continues to use the service, it means that it accepts the adjusted fee standard.

3.Compensation Rules

(1) Compensation amount: 100% of the order amount (excluding payment transaction fee and service fee).

(2) The claims application is valid within 35 days from the date of the order being paid. If the order occurs problem within logistics service coverage, the buyer needs to initiate the compensation within the time limit, otherwise, the order is no longer eligible for compensation.

(3) Information to be submitted for a claim application:

a.Screenshots of the communication records between the buyer and the end consumer, or buyer and LooperBuy;

b.Screenshot of a buyer’s order refund on an e-commerce marketplace, or online stores.

4.Restrictions on Logistics Protection Service

Reasons for declining a claim application includes, but are not limited to:

(1)Buyer’s intentional and malicious deception for compensation or fraud; ·

(2)Returns due to the incorrect receipt information provided by the buyer or the end consumer;

(3)The sales amount of the same order is greater than 300. (Subsequent adjustments will be made according to the actual situation of the business, please pay attention to the notification of the LooperBuy platform.);

(4)Any exception caused by earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, and other force majeure factors.

5.Process for Claim Application

(1)The buyer contacts customer service with “Delivered, but not received” the reason

a.Attach the claim application materials as described in 3. Compensation Rules, fill in the information, and submit the claim;

b.Buyers should ensure that the materials provided are consistent with the order information on the LooperBuy platform and that they are authentic, complete, and effective.

(2)After receiving the distributor’s application, LooperBuy platform will process it within 2-3 business days, and normally the application will be processed in 5 business days.

a.If there are objections to the materials, LooperBuy platform reserves rights to request the buyer to re-upload the claim application materials;

b.If it is found that the materials submitted by the buyer do not match the order information or are false, the claim application will be rejected
